in the Structural bioinformatics group
led by Thomas Hamelryck,
hosted in
The Bioinformatics Center of the
University of Copenhagen
I have a background in Computer Science and Management (2001), Engineering (2005) and Medical Technology, Bioinformatics (2008).
Research interests
My research interests include:
- Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) modeling
- Protein structures assessment and prediction
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, especially
- graphical models,
- Dynamic Bayesian Networks
- Markov Chain Monte Carlo
