Educational background
I have a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, a
Master's in
Bioinformatics and a PhD in medical genetics and evolutionary genetics.
Research interests
Statistical and computational methods for analysis of genomic data. At
the
moment I am primarily developing new methods for identifying identity by
descent regions in human genomes using SNP data.
